Chimney leak solved after two failed patches
Water appeared only during wind-driven rain and earlier sealant patches had not lasted. Our inspection found split soakers behind sound-looking apron lead. We lifted the surrounding slate, installed correctly detailed leadwork and reinstated the covering without disturbing the rest of the roof.
