Natural slate reroof for a Victorian terrace

The original slate had been patch-repaired for years and the underlay was failing. We erected scaffold, salvaged suitable slate for the rear pitch, installed matching new slate to the front and renewed ridge and lead details. Photographs at each stage gave the owners a record of everything covered over.
